Quick response

Ordered the batteries not long before Christmas. They arrived on December 23. Unfortunately on battery did not appear to work or charge. A quick note off t the supplier explaining, three of four were OK but one faulty.
Supplier responded after Christmas, before New Year, said they would send a replacement. It arrived a few days later, all 4 batteries now working well. Thanks for the responsive customer service.
